She was predeceased by: her parents, Mervin William Bettis and Alice Marie Cooper (Spinks); her husband Austin M. Holtzclaw Jr.; her grandson Jack Higgs Jr.; her siblings, George, Helen, Mervin Jr., Mildred, Dorothy, John and James; and her son-in-law Jack Higgs.
She is survived by: her grandson Larry Usilton Jr. (Jamie); and her sister Geraldine Jane Bettis.
