He was predeceased by: his parents, Rogers Smith and Bette Smith. He is survived by: his daughters, Kristen Egoville (Anna) and Kelsey Cherubino (Nick); his grandchildren, Archer Egoville and Hartley Egoville; his nephews, Kyle Lindstrom (Kelly) and Corey Lindstrom (Katie); his aunt Betty Larrimore; and his cousin Dan Larrimore.
