She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Foraker (Wade Sr.), Andrew, Thomas (Debbie) and Richard (Amy); her grandchildren, Wade Foraker Jr. (Della), Tara (Foraker), Adam (Courtney), Abigail and Alex; and her great grandchildren, Olivia Foraker, Axel Kobetis and Finn Kobetis. She is also survived by six nieces and nephews.
