He is survived by: his wife Margaret Kmiec Caratello; his children, Louis Caratello (Trudy), Daniel Caratello (Sandra) and Christine Lockwood (Jodi); and his sisters, Yolanda Yezuita and Margaret Cross. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren.
