It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julia Ann Williams Collins (Chestertown, Maryland), who passed away on September 20, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin VanDyke and Alice Cruikshank Williams; and her husband J. Donald Collins. She is survived by: her children, Sissy, Deborah Cathell, Julia Everett (Fred) and Susan Morris (Jeff); her grandchildren, Kandis Blake, Brooks Cathell and Jamie Barta; and her siblings, Alice W. Anderson, Matilda W. Wessel and Marvin V. Williams, Jr.. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson.
