She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Brooks and Beulah Brooks (Wilson); and her siblings, Hilda Settles, William Brooks, Roy Brooks, Marshall Brooks, Donald Brooks, Helen DeShields and Rendall Brooks.

She is survived by: her children, Ron Harris (Nika Lively), Craig Harris, Sr. (Valerie), Brent Harris (Doreen Walker), Pier Felton (Benjamin) and Brook Harris (Sheila); and her grandchildren, Tiffany Harris, Craig Harris, Jr., Tanisha Harris, Brent Harris, Jr., Jakyre Harris, Ryan Taylor, Devan Val (Jonathan), David Conway, Brandon Harris, TreDale Harris, Brooke Harris and Brook Harris, Jr.. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
