It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jacqueline Gay Duke (Chestertown, Maryland), who passed away on December 19, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Freeda Tucker and Emmit Lawhorn; her husband Roger Duke of North Carolina; her brother Bob Lawhorn; her niece Brenda Joyce McMullen; her daughters, Kirsten Rowe (Randy) and Stacy Duke (Leisa); and her great-nieces, Pam Potts Mitchell (Rob) and Brenda Price. She was also cherished by four great-grand-nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
