He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Cecilia McDonald Creegan and Thomas Alexander Creegan; and his siblings, Paul G. Creegan and Patricia A. Creegan Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Markert Creegan; his children, Frank Joseph Creegan of Easton, MD and Thomas Alexander Creegan II of Baltimore; and his nieces and nephews, Leann Kelley Weibel (David) of Colorado, Coleen Kelly Thurber (Craig) of Colorado, Stacey Martins (Cristain) of Colorado, Paul G. Creegan (Suzanne) and Joseph Creegan of Lowell, MA. He is also survived by five grand nephews, and five cousins and their.
