He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Kelly and Mary Warga Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Penelope "Penny" Evans Kelly; his stepchildren, Nina Constandi and Frank Constandi (Tracy); his sisters, Pat Daly (Paul) and Bernadette McInerney (Bob); his sister-in-law Nina Flaherty (Mike); his nieces, Meghan, Erin and Colleen; and his great-nieces, Emma and Quinn.
