She was predeceased by: her parents, John Richard Dierker and Edna Lillian Gears of Kent County, Maryland.; her former husband George Wilkins Hubbard, Sr.; her daughter Lynda Sue Hubbard; her daughter-in-law Candace Stephanie Hubbard; her former husband Stanley Sutton; her siblings, Christine Barnes, Frank R. Dierker and John R. Dierker; and her husband Wilkes Hubbard.
She is survived by: her son George Wilkins Hubbard, Jr. of Virginia Beach; her granddaughter Courtney Stephanie Starr; her sons-in-law, Timothy Starr, Taylor Christian, William Timothy and Benjamin Hubbard Starr of Earlysville, Virginia.; her nephew Hubbard Kendall; her niece Donna Edwards; her stepson William S. Sutton; and her stepgrandchildren, William S. Sutton (Tricia) and Susan B Nickerson (Phil).
Close personal gathering is a challenge with the Covid dilemma ever present, however with masking, social distancing and air-hug- substitutes, we hope to honor her memory.
