He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy W. Willey and Hazel A. Willey; and his siblings, Jack, Bob, Donald, Karlin, Gloria, Nancy and Shirley.
He is survived by: his wife Mako; his children, Dan Willey (Julie), Mike Willey (Dawn), Dave Willey (Catherine) and Faith Dhanagom (Taksit); and his sisters, Kathleen Hendricksen, Susan DeVecchis and Mary Ellen Retz. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Daniels & Hutchison Funeral Home (212 N Broad St, Middletown, DE 19709). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Margaret's of Scotland Catholic Church (2431 Frazer Rd, Newark, DE 19702).
