With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Chloe Evelyn Knight (Chestertown, Maryland), who passed away on January 22, 2025 at the age of 93. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Chloe Evelyn Knight to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Ream and Celia Britton; and her husband William Knight Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Mary Anne Spencer (Scott), William Knight, Jr. (Bobbi) and Melissa "Mitzi" Thompson; her grandchildren, Rachel Dennis (Jonathan), Alyssa Villalta (Danny), Brittany Spencer, Tyler Thompson and Kayla Thompson; and her great grandchildren, John William, Lizzy, Teddy, Paige and Isla Chloe.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Newnam Funeral Home (130 Speer Rd, Chestertown, MD 21620). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at the Sudlersville Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Compass Regional Hospice at 160 Coursevall Dr. Centreville, MD 21617.
