It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty May Funk of Chestertown, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on December 18, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Herbert Lippy and Mae Cromwell; her spouse Lee G. Funk; her stepfather Louis Kirby; and her brothers, John Kirby and Donald Kirby.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Lee Gagliano (Charlie) of Chestertown, MD and Donna Jean Miller (Jim) of Chestertown, MD; her granddaughter Christa Gagliano; and her great grandchildren, Vincent Walk, Isabella Gagliano, Giada Gagliano, Brad Redmer, Cetta Reece Redmer, Brooks Redmer and Brendan Redmer.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to Compass Regional Hospice, 160 Coursevall Dr. Centreville, MD 21617.
