He is survived by: his mother Carol Sue Tyree of Chestertown, MD.; his sister Jennifer Tyree (Richard) of Morristown, TN; his niece Amanda Sands (Brian) of Clayton, DE; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kenneth, Grace, Brian Jr. and Natalie; his niece Rachel Tyree; his nephew Garrett Swartswelder; and also Aviendha Goodrich.
