He is survived by: his children, Allan Thomas Jr. (Amy) of Goldsboro, MD, Greg (P. Kaye) of Chicago, IL and Jennifer; his grandchildren, T. L. Hanifee of Harrington, DE, Dr. Tawes A. Harper of Easton, MD, Crystal Hanifee of Chestertown, MD, Tara Hanifee of Still Pond, MD, Tess Van Decar (Spencer) of San Antonio, TX and Jack Hanifee (Emma Naden-Johns) of Seattle, WA; his great grandchildren, Charlotte and Penelope Van Decar of San Antonio, TX.; and his siblings-in-law, Janet, Charles Reynolds of Church Hill, MD, Joyce and Bill Hodgson of Chestertown, MD. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
