She was predeceased by: her parents, William Franklin Sr. and Emily Maye Shaulis; her husband Frederick Phoebus; and her siblings, Rose Stevens and William Shaulis, Jr..
She is survived by: her sisters, Sandra Shaulis and Ella Angstadt; and her nieces and nephews, Jamie Usilton, Wendy Sommers, Emily Fox, Wendy Lou Stevens, William Shaulis III, Scott Stevens, Jimmy Wishart, Steve Stevens, Allen Stevens and Dean Stevens.
