He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Coursey and Isabel E. Coursey (Nee Hoxter); and his siblings, Nancy Mende, Michael Coursey and Glen Coursey.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his daughter Brandie Coursey; and his siblings, Marsha Smith (David) and Jody Coursey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
