It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Franklin Reed (Chester, Maryland), born in Glenville, West Virginia, who passed away on November 20, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas A. Reed and Blanche O. Lohan Reed; his brother James A. Reed; and his sister-in-law Anna Mary Reed. He is survived by: his wife Marita Reed of Chester, MD; his children, Deborah Reed (Christopher Moffatt) of Fredericksburg, VA and Thomas Franklin Reed II (Genell) of Eldersburg, MD; his grandchildren, Richard, Amanda (Travis), Christopher (Stephanie), Nicholas, David, Jackson and Brody; and his great grandchild Talia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
