He was predeceased by: his parents, William Burlingame and Elsie Burlingame; and his brother William "Lefty" Burlingame, Jr.. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Doris Burlingame of Silver Spring, MD; his children, Lori Mann of Kent Island, MD, Amy Burlingame of Davidson, NC, Robert M. Burlingame of Milford, DE and Anne Rogers (George) of Kent Island, MD.; his grandchildren, Melissa, Mallori, Michael (Kati), Amanda (Jack), Heather (Brian), Shelby, Marcelino, Salvador, William and Patrick; and his great grandchildren, Austin, Lacey, Cody, Zoe and Kaylee.
