He is survived by: his wife Betty Lowe (Rose); his sons, Robert Lowe (Mary), James Lowe (Andrea), Brian Lowe (Rita) and Michael Lowe (Karen); his grandchildren, Jennifer Lowe (Kate), Carley Madison (Ben), Matthew Lowe, Brittney Lowe, Shelby Lowe, Michael Lowe, Bryant Lowe, Toby Lowe, Nathan Lowe, Celia Lowe and Quincy Lowe; and his great grandchildren, Logan Reyes-Benitez, Cheyenne Madison and Norah Madison.
