He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Bold and Mary Bold; and his wife Ethel R. Bold. He is survived by: his children, Sharon Bold Merkel (Kenneth) and Daniel Alan Bold (Heather); and his granddaughter Rebecca Ann Merkel.
