She is survived by: her children, Timothy McColgan (Michele) of Apopka, Fla. and Amy Page (Thomas); her son-in-law R. Michael Howard of Ellicott City; her grandchildren, Fallon Laque (Harold) of Severna Park, Timothy Spence McColgan of Palm Beach, Fla., Megan Blanco (Yunior) of Chestertown, Robert Howard of Ellicott City and Colin Howard of Baltimore; and her great grandchildren, Anna Page Blanco, Harold William Laque IV and Juliana Marie Blanco. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
