It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman Franklin Cotton (Chester, Maryland), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on August 4, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Henrika Cotton of Chester, MD; his daughter Denise Cotton of Reisterstown, MD; his granddaughter Lynetta Porter; his stepchildren, Will Sauers (Jessica) of Stevensville, Rob Sauers of Bear, DE, Michelle Verbeeck of Centreville, MD and Juliette Verbeeck of Chester, MD; and his close friend Michael Ramina (Victoria) of Ft. Myers, FL.. He is also survived by Grandchildren and great grandchildren.
