He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Carlsen. He is survived by: his mother Pamela Carlsen of Port Monmouth, NJ; his wife Kim Mallory of Stevensville; his sons, Kevin, Eric and Scott Carlsen of Stevensville; his brothers, Dan Carlsen (Lisa) of Crowley, TX and Tim (Sunita) of Eddison, NJ; and his nieces, Maya, Nina and Simrin. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and many cousins.
