He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward Holthaus and Helena Holthaus; his sisters, Miriam and Eileen; his former wife Nancy Vaeth Holthaus; his children, Stephanie Kimball (Kurt), Jim Holthaus Jr., Meg Holthaus (late Don), Cam Gallo (late Terry), Cely George (Tom), Tom Holthaus (Shelli), Tina Lewnes (George), Andi Whiteford (Todd) and John Holthaus (Kirsten); his wife Veronica Ensor Holthaus; and his stepchildren, Lindsay Griggs (Ken), Renee Pope (Gary), Michele Staisloff (Rick), Rick Ensor (Diane), Jeanne Byrne (Shannon), Jim Ensor (Bob), Brian Ensor (Christen) and Michael Ensor (Debi). He was also cherished by 19 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
