He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Hall and Mildred Hall; and his sister Patricia. He is survived by: his significant other Patricia Neil; and his siblings, William Hall, Joseph Hall, Nancy Huffman, Ronald Hall, Betty Tilton, Charles Hall, John Hall, Susan McGowan, Michael Hall, Jeffrey Hall, Daniel Hall, Edward Hall and Nancy Bryant.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Newnam Funeral Home (106 Shamrock Rd, Chester, MD 21619). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the United Community Volunteer Fire Department, 9406 Romancoke Road, Stevensville, MD 21666.
