She is survived by: her husband Captain Phil; her children, James Phillip Horney Jr. (Joyce), Chet Horney and Eve Fishell (Kevin); and her grandchildren, Brian, Kevin, Kit, Kassidy, Karley, Jonah and Joy. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
