He was predeceased by: his brother Clifford F. Pitts, Jr.; and his parents, Clifford Pitts and Margaret Pitts (Peggy). He is survived by: his close friend Robin Lynne Harris; his children, William, Gregory and Emily; his sister Barbara; and his brother-in-law Phil. He is also survived by three great-nieces and four great-nephews.
