It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eleanor Green of Chester, Maryland, born in Easton, Maryland, who passed away on November 20, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Mundy Harris and Kenneth Wilson; her stepfather James Edward Harris; her husband James E. Green, Jr.; and her siblings, Mary Wilson Williams, Ida Lee Wilkins Smith and Roland Wilson.
She is survived by: her children, Clark, Karen Roberts (Dean) of Jonesboro, GA, James Green, III (Desideria) of Frederick, MD, Vernon Green (Kim) of Grasonville, MD, Anita Green of Philadelphia, PA and Bermuda Brittingham (George) of Friendswood, TX; her grandchildren, Dominique Greenhow, CJ Greenhow, Stanley Taylor, Jr., Jami Green, Jawann Green, T'zje Billups, Cornelius Gaines, Corey Gaines, Sheri Samuels (Favaron), Sheryl Gaines, Shandell Green, Cameron Gaines (Georgia) and Michael; her great grandchildren, Antonio Taylor, Lakaya Jones and Tevian; her sisters, Florence Brown and Catherine "Sally" Brown; and her siblings-in-law, Leon Williams, Beatrice Green and Peggy. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
