He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Hoffman and Viola Smith; and his wife Katherine Ann Hoffman. He is survived by: his daughter Tommi Lynn McKenzie of Fruitland, MD; his brother Mitchell Hoffman (Jean) of Ocean Pines, MD; his brother-in-law Arthur Heath (Mary) of Annapolis, MD; and his nieces and nephews, John Hoffman (Frankie), Michele Hoffman, Jeanne Clark (Robert), Julie Troxler (Kelly) and Carrie Mitchell (James). He is also survived by 15 great nieces and nephews.
