He was predeceased by: his parents, Gardner Nelson and Agnes Mrozenski Collins. He is survived by: his son Gregory; his wife Barbara Collins of Chester, MD; his children, Deborah Krueger (Dennis) of Stevensville, MD, Greg Collins (Elaine) and Glenn Collins (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Christopher, Caroline, Erik, Jonathan, Kayla, Matthew, Michael, Joshua, Oliver and Sebastian.
