He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Locklear and Leola Locklear; and his siblings, Mary Jane Scott, Lucy Higgins, John C. Locklear and Bobby Locklear.
He is survived by: his daughters, La-Donna Locklear of Greensboro and Leola Trusso (Bryan) of Stevensville; his brothers, Rev. Lloyd Locklear of Michigan, Dwayne Locklear and Micheal Oxendine of North Carolina; and his grandchildren, Chastity Stubbs (Justin), Holli Ramsey, Cheyenne Lee, Cameron, Kaylee and Caleb Trusso. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
