He is survived by: his spouse Joan Beverly Carter; his child Craig Wayne Carter; his grandsons, Denny Carter and Corey Carter; and his great grandchildren, Xavier Carter, Eleanor Ganginis Carter and Lilly Green. He is also survived by friends who knew him as a loyal, dedicated friend, husband, father, and grandpa.
