It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Frank Klepper (Chester, Maryland), born in Rogersville, Tennessee, who passed away on May 31, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Montra D. Klepper and Nela Mae Lawson Klepper; and his children, Manuelo "Alo" Klepper and Brenda Embrey. He is survived by: his wife Anne Klepper of Chester, MD; and his daughters, Carol Southwick of Edgewater, MD and Jeanette Upright of Chester, MD. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
