She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia Stermer (David) of Chester, MD; her brothers, Donald Phelps and Harold Phelps (Rose); her grandsons, Kyle Noseworthy (Erica), Tyler Dagenhart and Jordan Snay; and her great grandchild Caleb Dagenhart.
