He was predeceased by: his parents, George "Bert" Droter and Catherine "Cass" Droter. He is survived by: his children, Sandra "Bella" Saylor, Stacy Droter Gallegos (Clay) and Bert Steven Droter (Kristan); his grandchildren, Bayley Gallegos, Brady Gallegos, Abby Gallegos, Jack Droter, Max Droter and Wolf Droter; and his siblings, Rick Droter (Jeanie), Bev Baker (Tom) and Sue Burleson.
