She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Joseph and Anne Matus Hartnett; and her siblings, James Timothy Hartnett (Monica), Thomas Paul Hartnett (Vanessa), Richard F. Hartnett (Bridgette), Catherine Marie Hogenson (David) and Robert S. Hartnett (Peggy). She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to a charity of choice.
