She was predeceased by: her parents, James Joseph Gannon and Mary Patricia Gannon (Smith); and her brothers, Robert, John, George and James Gannon.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Rifenburg; her children, Laurie Collins (Keith), Nannette Phillips, Yvonne Winslow, Karyn Bretz (Matt), Pamela Phillips, James Phillips (Kim Quinn), Samantha Martin (David), Joy VanRuler (Alex) and Drew Phillips; and her brother Matthew Gannon (Louise). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to "Helen F. Graham Center" or "Cecil County Animal Services" and sent in care of the funeral home.
