She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Charles, Sr. and MaryEllen Fedalen McCarthy; her husband Harry Maguire, Sr.; her children, Theresa Maguire and Harry Maguire, Jr.; and her brothers, Francis McCarthy, Jr. and James McCarthy.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Maguire-DeRosa (John) of Chesapeake City, MD and MaryEllen Simister (Joseph) of Woodlyn, PA; her grandchildren, Cara DeRosa, Johnny DeRosa, Sean Maguire, Jimmy DeRosa, David DeRosa, Maura Maguire, Melissa Maguire, Harry Maguire, III, Mary Sellar, Danielle Simister and Theresa Simister; and her great grandchildren, Taylar, Cole, Kenzie, Addison, Alivia and Charleigh.
