She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Thompson and Hilda Thompson (Morris); her husband Robert Banks, Sr.; her son Robert Banks, Jr.; her siblings, Edward Thompson, Loretta Baxter, Norma Gibbs and Ralph Thompson; and her great grandchild Logan Banks.
She is survived by: her son Ron Banks, Sr. (Carol); her grandchildren, Robert "Bobby" Banks, Ron Banks, Jr. and Amy Bednash; her great grandchildren, Lainey, Andrew, Mattie, Lauren and Ronnie, III; and her siblings, David, Marie, Charles, Jr., Kathy Brown and Pauline Thompson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, as well as extended family.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the R. T. Foard Funeral Home (318 George St, Chesapeake City, MD 21915). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at the Bethel Cemetery (312 Bethel Cemetery Rd, Chesapeake City, MD 21915).
