He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon N. Biggs and Pearl Hagedorn. He is survived by: his uncle Captain DeWayne T. Biggs; his wife Carol Luff Biggs of Chesapeake City; his brother Ronnie Biggs of Florida; his brother-in-law John McLennan of Chesapeake City; and his siblings, Nancy and Bobby of Chesapeake City. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and two great-great nieces and nephews.
