Carroll, Jr. of Cecilton, MD.; his children, Tanika Wells Govan (Brian) of Galloway, NJ, Essence, Armani Wells of Dover, DE and Nathan Wells of Chesapeake City, MD.; his grandchildren, Takeena, Brian, Reign, Tabias, Maverick and Alaysia; his close friend Shawnita Andrews; his daughter Arianna; and his close friend Herbert Wesley of Cecilton, MD. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
