He is survived by: his wife Megan Breen Andrews; his children, Olivia and Aiden; his brother Scott Andrews; his mother-in-law Anne Breen; and his brothers-in-law, Ruth Walls and Dennis Walls. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be offered to Chesapeake City VFW, 304 Basil Ave., Chesapeake City, MD 21915.
