With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clifford Dwight Peterson of Chesapeake City, Maryland, who passed away on June 2, 2024 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford A. Peterson and Helen Ruby Peterson (Pruitt); his uncle Wallie "Gator" Peterson (Gracie); and his father-in-law Joe Monger. He is survived by: his wife Amanda VanScoy; his sons, Clifford M. Peterson, Corey Peterson, Joshua VanScoy (Cassie), Travis Weaver (Roshini) and Tyler Weaver (Fidan); his grandchildren, Noah, Reed of Chase, JJ, John Paul and Zoë; and his brothers, Robbie Miller and Eddie Miller.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Amanda VanScoy 538 Biddle St. Chesapeake City, MD 21915 to assist with medical bills in honor of Cliff's legacy of compassion and love.
