He was predeceased by: his mother Audrey Jean Wadkins (Covey); his wife Theresa Wadkins; his son Brian Wadkins; and his brother David Wadkins. He is survived by: his father William Gene Wadkins Sr.; his children, Charles Funk (Marion Lynn), Stephanie Poorman (Scott) and Joseph Wadkins; his grandchildren, Samantha Funk, Michael Wadkins, Skylar Bennett and Julianna Wadkins; his great grandchildren, Aubrey Wadkins and Gannon Wadkins; and his brothers, William Wadkins, Michael Wadkins and Stephen Wadkins.
