He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Pelletier (Kaplan). He is survived by: his son Roland D. Pelletier III of Sterling, VA; his sisters, Shirley Pelletier (Fran) of Chesapeake Beach and Sandra Pelletier Richnafsky (Gene) of Dunkirk; his father Roland D. Pelletier, Sr. (Jennifer Kennedy) of Chesapeake Beach; and his nephews, Derek and Kyle Richnafsky. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family.
