He is survived by: his spouses, Nicole C. "Nikki" Wert and Nikki C. Windsor; his daughters, Ashley N. of Chesapeake Beach and Brittany M. Windsor of Chesapeake Beach; his grandchildren, Brooklyn N. Freeland, Zaiden C. and Lydia Foley; his father Benjamin F. Windsor; his siblings, Ben Windsor of Bridgewater, VA, Dale Windsor of Bridgewater, VA, Paul Windsor of Bridgewater, VA and Janet Windsor of Lothian; and his brothers-in-law, Paul Wert and Jerel Wert.
