She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Carroll Bowen, Sr.; and her sister Betty Collins. She is survived by: her children, Ethel Irene Bowen of Shady Side and Earl C. Bowen, Jr.; her wife Gina Bowen of North Beach; her grandchildren, Aimee V. Farris, Gregory M. and Amber M. Bowen; her stepgrandchildren, Melissa Pursley, Melissa Hale and Jennifer Hale; and also Robert Louis Bowen (Sarah) of Lusby.
