He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Joyner and Rayfield Joyner; and his brother Shelton. He is survived by: his wife Roslyn; his children, Nicole, Larry Jr., Kenneth Sr., Marcus, Andre, Rashida (Malik) and Lia-Monet; his grandchildren, Kenneth Jr., Kaniya (Azriel), Marquis, Darla (Marlee), Alhaji (Aamir) and Alaiah (Lia-Monet); his siblings, Jimmy (Deborah), Hattie (Willie Sr.), Donald (Donna), Pamela and Michael (Letitia); and his son Willie Powell, Jr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephew, family and friends.
