It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Preston Schmitz Jr. (Cheltenham, Maryland), who passed away on December 10, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Audrey Schmitz; and his parents, Anna Boreman and John P Schmitz Sr.. He is survived by: his family, Effie, Jim Hardin, John, Kris Schmitz, William, Jayne Schmitz, Marti, Jonathan Cunningham, Mark Cristello, Debra Burrell and Paul Partlow; his grandchildren, Michael, Amber, David, Zachary and Crystal; his great grandchildren, Tia, Annalisia, Kya, Isidora, Jedi, Trinity and Kira; and his extended family George Mialki. He is also survived by cousins and many close family friends.
